Foresight with provenance
A proposed decision is simulated against the current state of the fabric: which objects change, which feeds are affected, which obligations come under pressure.
Projections run on the same governed, provenance-carrying objects as everything else in the enclosure. No exported spreadsheet, no stale copy.
Every projection is recorded: what was known, what was predicted, and when. After-action review compares the projection to what happened.
Replaces offline modelling
The usual practice is to model consequences somewhere else: an analyst's spreadsheet, a planning tool fed with last month's export. By the time the model says anything, the data has moved and the provenance is gone.
Gungnir projects against live state, states its confidence per branch, and leaves the decision where it belongs. It recommends nothing; it shows the operator what the fabric implies and records what was foreseen.
